Soehrman Park

This work is related to the renovation of Soehrman Park and includes installation of Owner supplied preengineered shade structure; installation of Owner supplied CXT pre-engineered vault restroom building.

Contractor to install electric service from existing meter/electric panel to restroom building including connection of electric service to interior lighting and electric lock supplied with CXT building.

Contractor to furnish and provide installation of concrete flatwork, grading, restoration, soil erosion and sedimentation control systems including furnishing and installing necessary silt fence, stabilized construction entrance, concrete washout station, temporary construction fencing to secure site during construction. Contractor to furnishing and install landscaping plantings, seeding, installation of erosion
control blanket, mulch beds, and any other miscellaneous work necessary for a complete job as depicted in the plans and specifications.
