Sealed proposals for Knights Park ADA Improvements 2019 in Sandwich, IL, shall be received at the Park District offices:

Work generally includes removals, asphalt patch, concrete paving, curbing, exterior metal railing and lawn restoration.

All contracts for work herein are subject to all Park District rules and regulations, and providing for the payment of County prevailing wage rate to all workers involved in these projects.

All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of the District.

Work generally includes carpentry for door replacement

All contracts for work herein are subject to all Park District rules and regulations, and providing for the payment of County prevailing wage rate to all workers involved in these projects.
