The proposed work consists of the Primrose Farm Agricultural Education Center Septic System Construction. The base bid consists of a lump sum for the permitting and complete construction of the Septic System. This work shall be according to Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA), Illinois Administrative Code (IAC), Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), and Kane County Health Department (KCHD) requirements. Work to include all design, soil investigation, permits, and testing that is required to furnish and install a fully operational septic system at the location shown on the plans or as directed by the Engineer and the KCHD. The septic system shall consist of a prefabricated septic tank, all pertinent septic tank accessories, sewage piping, and a subsurface seepage system installed in accordance with the design approved by the KCHD.

The proposed work consists of the Primrose Farm Agricultural Education Center Water Well Construction. The base bid consists of a lump sum for the permitting and complete construction of a potable water well including all pumps, piping and connection to the building plumbing. The work includes obtaining Illinois Department of Public Health and Kane County Health Department permits for well construction including drilling, casing, installation of the well pump and associated plumbing and electrical services to and from the Primrose Farm Agricultural Education Center. Public health inspections of the well and appurtenances are the responsibility of the well installation contractor including disinfection.

This project generally consists of but not limited to: All materials and labor to remove and replace asphalt shingles on multiple facilities at the St. Charles Park District.
