Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Village of Lincolnwood has decided to cancel the ongoing bid for the Flowers Park Court Renovation Project. Any bids received will be returned unopened. Sealed proposals for Flowers Park Court Renovation in Lincolnwood, IL, shall be received at the Village offices: 6900 Lincoln Avenue, Lincolnwood, IL 60712 until 10:00 a.m. local time, April 2, 2020, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Work generally includes asphalt paving, tennis court renovation, basketball court renovation, and site furniture.

Bid documents will be available beginning on March 17, 2020 at 11 am. Bidding Documents will be available from Accurate Repro, Inc.’s Planroom. Plans are available for viewing, printing or download and are non-refundable. Phone: (630) 428-4433 ww.accurateplanroom.com

Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract.

All contracts for work herein are subject to all Village rules and regulations, and providing for the payment of Cook County’s prevailing wage rate to all workers involved in these projects.

All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Village of Lincolnwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of the Village.
