Bidders shall submit the proposal form provided which shall be filled out completely and uploaded
to Accurate Repro, Inc’s Planroom under the SUBMIT BID TAB. Paper copies of the bid proposal will not be accepted.
All information requested on the bid forms shall be typewritten or written in ink. Where both written
words and numerical figures are required, the written words shall apply in the event of a conflict.
Bids for the project shall be received on or before the published date and time at which time they
will be downloaded, opened and read publicly online. No bids will be able to be downloaded after
the published date and time. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid submission is
received prior to the stated deadline.
Bid results will be read publicly via Zoom Digital Meeting. Bid opening can be viewed at the
following link. Plan to join themeeting at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the meeting. The
Zoom meeting will start at 10:00 am.
