Dellwood Park OSLAD Development 2020
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners of
the Lockport Township Park District, Will County, Illinois until the hour of 1:00 p.m. on
August 18, 2020, at the office of the Lockport Township Park District Dellwood Park
Community Center (DPCC), 1811 S. Lawrence Avenue, Lockport, Illinois. Bids will be
opened at 1:00 p.m. on August 18, 2020, and publicly read.
Work will include installation of removals, installation of asphalt paving, large shelter,
fitness equipment, gaga ball pit, drinking fountain, earthwork and fine grading
operations, and lawn restoration.
