Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners of
the Lockport Township Park District, Will County, Illinois until the hour of 11:00 a.m. on
May 18, 2021 at the office of the Lockport Township Park District, 1811 S. Lawrence
Avenue, Lockport, Illinois. Bids will be opened at 11:01 a.m. on May 18, 2021, and
publicly read.
Work will include installation of fitness equipment, playground equipment, artificial turf,
earthwork operations, concrete paving, concrete curb, underdrainage and lawn
restoration.
Bid documents will be available from Accurate Repro, Inc.’s Planroom beginning May 3,

All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked separately on the outside
“Highland Ridge Park Development” and addressed to Bill Riordan, Executive Director
at the Park District Office. Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the
proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory
Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance
following the award of a contract. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening.
The Board of Commissioners of the Lockport Township Park District, Will County, Illinois
reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
