2021 ADA Park Improvements

Sealed proposals for Sandwich ADA Park Improvements 2021 in Sandwich, IL, shall be
received at the Park District offices: 1001 N. Latham Street Sandwich, Illinois, 60548 until
1:30 p.m. local time, August 5, 2021, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud.
Work generally includes removals, asphalt paving, concrete paving, and lawn restoration.
Bid documents will be available beginning July 22nd, 2021 from Accurate Repro, Inc.’s

Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the
successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor
and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a
contract.
All contracts for work herein are subject to all Park District rules and regulations, and
providing for the payment of DeKalb County’s prevailing wage rate to all workers involved
in these projects.
All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Sandwich Park District
reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept the
lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of the Park District.
