Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners of
the Lockport Township Park District, Will County, Illinois until the hour of 10:00 a.m. on
May 17, 2022 at the office of the Lockport Township Park District Dellwood Park
Community Center (DPCC), 1811 S. Lawrence Avenue, Lockport, Illinois. Bids will be
opened at 10:01 a.m. on May 17th, 2022, and publicly read.
Work will include installation of playground equipment, engineered wood fiber, concrete
paving, site furniture, drainage, and restoration work.
Bid documents will be available from Accurate Repro, Inc.’s Planroom beginning April
29th, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Plans are available for viewing, printing or download. Phone:

All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked separately on the outside
“Cedar Park Playground Renovation” and addressed to Bill Riordan, Executive Director
at the Park District Office. Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the
proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory
Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance
following the award of a contract. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening.
The Board of Commissioners of the Lockport Township Park District, Will County, Illinois
reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
