Troy Hofer Elementary Playground Renovation

Sealed proposals for Troy Hofer Elementary Playground Renovation shall be received at the School District Office: Troy Community Consolidated School District 30-C 5800, Theodore Dr, Plainfield, Illinois 60586 until 10:00 a.m. local time, April 14th, 2023, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The School District Office will be open at the following times for bid drop off, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Work generally includes removals, playground equipment installation, and poured-in-place rubber surfacing installation, fence installation, concrete paving, site furniture, landscape plantings, drainage and restoration work.

Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor, and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract.
All contracts for work herein are subject to all State of Illinois rules and regulations and providing for the payment of Will County’s prevailing wage rate to all workers involved in this project.
All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The School District has the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of the School District.
