Sharon's Bay Park Redevelopment

The Contractor shall do all the work and perform and furnish all the labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies and all other things (except as otherwise expressly provided herein) necessary and as herein specified for the proper performance and completion of the Work in the manner and within the time hereinafter specified, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents (the “Work”). All parts of the Work and all fixtures, equipment, apparatus and other items indicated on the Drawings and not mentioned in the Specifications, or vice versa, and all work and material usual and necessary to make the Work complete in all its parts, including all incidental work necessary to make it complete and satisfactory and ready for use and operation, whether or not they are indicated on the Drawings or mentioned in the Specifications, shall be furnished and executed the same is if they were called for both by the Drawings and the Specifications.
