Otter Creek Bend Wetlands Boardwalk & Trail Project

The St. Charles Park District will receive separate sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025 at the Pottawatomie Community Center, 8 North Avenue, St. Charles, Illinois, for Otter Creek Bend Wetlands Boardwalk & Trail Project.

This project generally consists of but not limited to: new wood/metal boardwalk construction with abutments (Otter Creek), existing boardwalk repairs, existing boardwalk decking replacement, and gravel pathways restoration.

Copies of the bidding specifications will be available after 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 20th , 2025, through the Accurate Repro Plan Room at www.accuraterepro.com.

The above bids will be opened and read publicly at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3rd , 2025 at the Pottawatomie Community Center.

It is the policy of the St. Charles Park District to encourage the participation of minorities, women, and persons with disabilities to the maximum extent feasible in Park District projects. Only bids in compliance with the provisions of the specifications will be considered.

All bidders must comply with the applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of Kane County prevailing wages by all contractors working on public projects, and bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor and bidding, including Equal Opportunity Laws.
